Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Clyntel LLC ("Clyntel", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. By using Clyntel, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform:
- Business information — name, website, address, phone number, services, ideal customer profile, and brand assets you provide during onboarding or in account settings.
- Ad performance data — campaign metrics, spend, impressions, click-through rates, and lead counts pulled from your connected Meta Ads account.
- Lead data — names, phone numbers, and contact details of leads generated through your Meta ad campaigns. This data is received via Meta's Lead Ads integration and stored on your behalf.
- Call data — transcripts and recordings of AI voice calls placed to your leads through our Retell AI integration.
- Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.
- Account credentials — email address and authentication tokens managed via Supabase Auth.
How We Use Your Information
- To build, manage, and publish AI-generated ad campaigns to Meta on your behalf.
- To receive and display leads generated from your campaigns.
- To place automated AI voice calls to your leads via Retell AI.
- To book and manage appointments in your calendar.
- To process subscription payments through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (appointment confirmations, lead notifications) via Resend.
- To improve and maintain the Clyntel platform.
We do not sell your data, your leads' data, or any personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each provider operates independently under its own privacy policy and data practices, which apply separately from this policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
- Meta (Facebook)— used for ad campaign publishing and lead retrieval via the Meta Marketing API. Meta independently collects and processes ad performance data, lead data, and user behavior data according to Meta's own Privacy Policy. Clyntel receives lead data from Meta on your behalf as your authorized service provider. Meta's data practices are outside Clyntel's control.
- Retell AI — used to place AI-powered voice calls to your leads. Retell AI records and transcribes all calls made through the platform. Call recordings and transcripts are stored by Retell AI and are also accessible within your Clyntel account. Individuals who receive calls through Clyntel should be informed that calls may be recorded. It is your responsibility as the client to comply with applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
- Stripe — used for subscription billing and payment processing. Stripe collects and processes all payment and billing data directly. Clyntel never stores your credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other payment credentials on our servers.
- Supabase — database storage and authentication infrastructure.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (appointment confirmations, lead notifications).
- Firecrawl — used to scrape your business website during onboarding when you provide a URL, in order to auto-fill your business profile. Only the public content of the URL you provide is sent to Firecrawl. No personal data is transmitted.
- Vercel — cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure.
- Google — optional Google Calendar integration for appointment syncing. Only used if you connect your Google account in Settings.
We do not use your data or your leads' data for cross-site advertising and we do not sell data to data brokers or any other third parties.
Data Controller vs. Data Processor
Clyntel acts as a data processor on behalf of its clients. When Clyntel collects lead data through your campaigns — including names, phone numbers, and contact details — that data belongs to you, the client, as the data controller.
Clyntel processes lead data solely to deliver the services you have subscribed to: displaying leads in your dashboard, placing follow-up calls, booking appointments, and generating campaign analytics. We do not process lead data for our own commercial purposes.
As the data controller, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of lead data complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from individuals who interact with your ads.
Data Retention
Your account and business data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, then permanently deleted.
Lead data and call transcripts follow the same 90-day post-cancellation retention window. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Cookies and Tracking
Clyntel uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics SDKs that share your browsing data with external parties.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security enforced at the database layer, and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Clyntel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
