Terms of Service

Clyntel provides an AI-powered lead generation platform for local service businesses, including campaign creation, Meta ad publishing, AI voice follow-up, lead management, and appointment booking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Clyntel offers two subscription tiers billed in USD:

• Tier 1 (Website Traffic) — $349/month, or $309/month billed annually.
• Tier 2 (Full Pipeline) — $499/month, or $449/month billed annually.

Annual plans are presented as saving two months compared to monthly billing. All prices are in USD.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or campaign performance outcomes. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.

Clyntel publishes campaigns to your Meta Ads account on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your Meta ad account, ad spend, payment to Meta, and compliance with Meta's advertising policies. Clyntel is not responsible for Meta account suspensions, rejected ads, or ad spend outcomes.

Minimum recommended ad spend is $1,000/month to generate meaningful results.

You agree not to use Clyntel to:

• Advertise illegal products or services.
• Violate Meta's advertising policies.
• Spam or harass leads.
• Misrepresent your business or services.
• Circumvent platform restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Clyntel places AI-powered voice calls to leads on your behalf via Retell AI. All calls may be recorded and transcribed. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consents.

By using the voice follow-up feature, you confirm you have the legal right to contact the leads generated through your campaigns.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy at clyntel.ca/privacy. Lead data generated through your campaigns belongs to you. Clyntel processes it solely to deliver the subscribed services.

All platform code, AI models, agents, and Clyntel branding are owned by Clyntel LLC. Ad creatives generated through the platform for your campaigns are yours to use. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Clyntel platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clyntel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost leads, or Meta campaign outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days per our Privacy Policy then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
